Having just received an extensive refit during the winter of 2019, the 110′ Dynamique sloop is a high performance, sailing yacht, offering thrilling sailing, available in Greece. Yet she is comfortable on deck. Sailors can sail the yacht from the aft cockpit with Bimini, while guests sit comfortably, undisturbed at sea in the center cockpit, which offers a Bimini awning for shade at sea and out of door dining. The yacht has gorgeous teak decks. There’s a Jacuzzi forward, terrific outdoor sound system, onboard Wifi, everything you could possibly need for comfortable cruising.
EUR 400,000 was spent on her during the winter of 2019: new rigging, new mast, new outboard, new fabrics, new Bimini awning. She was painted from top to bottom and the tender was rebuilt. She sleeps ten to twelve guests in five staterooms.
Meet the attractive Greek crew of six, who run her. They offer to sail at night, they know the Greek islands so well… With over nineteen years of sailing experience, ten of which have been aboard AMADEUS, Captain Nikos Kousoulis did eight weeks of charter last summer and loves families… The captain, engineer, deckhand and chief stewardess Mirella from the Ukraine all have been with the boat at least seven years. Chef Athanasios is new but came highly recommended. He worked for private families in Greece and is a pastry chef. He makes great sushi and specializes in French cuisine. Nikos says, “If you don’t want to spend hundreds, come on this yacht, because the crew will make sure guests go home happy. Also, you’re on the sea on this boat, one with the water, and Greece is safe….”
AMADEUS’s lovely saloon is decorated in grays and reds. She has red throw cushions. Fully air conditioned and carpeted, two round sitting rooms on opposite siides of the cabin create places to dine and sit. Nikos says, “There’s lots to do here. Children enjoy sitting in the saloon, while sailing, and play cards, Monopoly, Scrabble, and watch TV.” The saloon has a bar aft.
A full beam master Queen stateroom is forward in white with contrasting sycamore wood, traditional and gorgeous… You can see the knots and roots in the varnished wood. A guest Queen with upper bunk is next, plus a second guest Queen has lower opposite single bunk; it’s bathroom acts as a day head. Finally there are two identical Twin cabins aft that convert to doubles, each with bathroom. The captain’s cabin is aft to port; two additional crew cabins are accessed through hatches over the bow. Hair dryers, shampoos, products, and robes are supplied for the yacht’s spa showers….. All the cabins have television, entertainment system, and air conditioning; for children the yacht provides Playstations and Xbox. The new tender with 75 hp outboard pulls water skiers and tubers, plus there is masses of snorkeling gear and all the usual water toys aboard….
The idea is to spend the day out at uninhabited islands, evenings back in port, stern to, so guests are free to come and go as they please and dine ashore. It’s entirely up to guests. During our visit, Chef Anthanasio and chief stewardess Mirella served cakes and cookies – short bread, made in a waffle machine. “Given the quality of Anthanasio’s food and cooking experience,” Mirella said, “guests usually dine aboard.”
