The 51′ Lagoon catamaran SEA ANEMOME is one of my favorite yachts in the Virgin Islands….  I like her crew; the yacht has a compressor and offers diving; the saloon is in white with lots of bright orange, Nemo-themed, under the sea throw cushions and objects d’art that is fun and makes you feel great; Elizabeth the chef is versatile in Japanese, Brazilian, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisine; her presentation of the guest cabins is outstanding, complete with chocolates on the pillows and beds turned down at night; the children’s bunk bed cabin welcomes children with all sorts of Nemo-shaped fish and teddy bears; other guest cabins have Queens and personalized welcome cards; Elizabeth, pretty from the Ukraine, has been in the hotel industry, working on the customer side of things….  Her table decorations are so pretty and creative; she and her husband Ben, owner operators, have lived three years aboard the yacht, sailing it from Portugal to the Caribbean in 2013.  The first year they spent time cruising the Dominican Republic, the second year they learned the lay of the land in the Virgin Islands, and the third year they offered the yacht for charter in the Virgin Islands.  2017 is their second charter season.  Elizabeth selected all the fabrics and colors onboard.  They just do a great job, are as nice as can be, and handsome Ben is a dive instructor and has a compressor aboard and doesn’t charge extra for diving.  They also have a super duper coffee espresso capuccino coffee machine aboard that grinds beans and makes the forever cup; for fun they’ll dress in komonos for Japanese night when they catch a fish and make sushi out of it.  There’s nothing better than starting the day off right with a fabulous cup of coffee. It’s just a great boat with a kind, gentle crew who are as nice and creative and talented as can be and who do everything right.

A five cabin layout, one is for the crew – four are for guests – three have Queen berths, and the fourth stateroom is a bunk bed cabin for children or adults.  Each has a private bathroom with stall shower, electric heads, and essential oils and luxury products. The Egyptian cotton sheets are really, really soft.  With all the objects d’art aboard, you truly feel like you are living under the sea on a coral reef….and the colors and friendly fish that greet you are exquisite!
