With three tanning mattresses on the bow, swim platform aft, and a groaning board of appetizers on the aft deck, what’s not to love about the 86′ Canados motor yacht VYNO, based in Athens for fast cruising out to the Cyclades. The spacious, air conditioned saloon has comfortable L-shaped couches surrounding a TV, all in white with teak paneling, and large windows. There’s a dining table forward, where Chef Antonis with aid of his stewardesses presents beautiful meals with his years of restaurant training. Below, VYNO offers a master King cabin, a VIP Queen cabin, and two twin staterooms, each with upper Pullman berths for family parties of up to ten. Guest bathrooms are modern, updated and have monogrammed towels. Blue marble granite countertops, shower stalls, window treatments, plus chrome window treatments. Wrap around decks lead to a lovely sun pad area on the bow, and the full length sun deck and fly bridge are just what you need when cruising between the islands with sunbed, half in the sun, half in the shade, dining table, arch for shade and wind protection. With 18 knots of power, VYNO gets you where you want to go quickly. There’s an inside helm area in addition to the outside one on the flybridge, a wheel house with table and bench settees, where guests can sit comfortably and chat with the captain while he steers. Two tenders stow on the flybridge and swim platform areas and enable fast transit to shore and excellent power for watersports. VYNO carries a jet ski, sea scooters for use with the snorkel gear and all manner of water ski and towing equipment to name a few items…. The yacht’s crew of five are going to launch the sports gear for you and show you the best of the Greek cruising ground, all while chef Antonis prepares lovely meals for you, including Greek specialties, if you like. Captain Pavlos has years of experience and a plethora of licenses to show for it. His knowledge of the Greek Islands is unsurpassed. A yacht charter should assail the senses, pressed down, overflowing, and brimming over. VYNO and her fun-loving crew think out of the box and do just that.

Summer 2021 Weekly Rates – Based in Athens, Greece, VYNO charters for:
High Season: (July – August) 32,000 euro per week plus 12% VAT plus 30% APA
Low Season: (rest of the season) 28,000 euro per week plus 12% VAT plus 30% APA
Rates include the yacht and crew but do not include food, fuel, bar, or dockage, sold at cost price. It is customary to wire a 30% APA, (Advance Provisioning Allowance) to the captain a month in advance of the cruise to cover these expenses. The more shipboard parties, services, fuel and marinas you use, the more charter costs will accrue, but 30% covers basic charter costs. At any time during the cruise you can ask the captain for a tally of the expenses incurred thus far, and at the end of the cruise, you will be expected to settle the bill in cash. Or if the captain has not used all the APA, he will return the unused portion to you at the end of the charter. 12% VAT tax is extra in the Mediterranean. Gratuity is for the charterer’s discretion, but 10% of the charter fee is suggested and expected. These are whole boat, private charters.
