Description:
This A++++,134 ft, ISA Italy motor yacht, built in 2013, has a Spanish flag and Spanish captain Jose Louis Plaza, who is assisted by six additional crew. Antonio, the bosun, tall, bald, gentle showed me around. “A bosun does maneuvers,” Antonio told me. “I do the bow lines; I help inside too.” Based in Mallorca, AZIZA will do charters in Italy, Amalfi, and she’ll go to Croatia for two week charters.
With long, centrally located, oval dining table for ten in the center of the room, the saloon is dedicated entirely to dining, while the sky lounge is used for congregating. The grand silver chandelier adds bling. The dining room is used a lot,” Antonio said. A water element creates a relaxing ambiance over wavy river rock built into natural wood.
Lovely color coordinated sky lounge in beige, gold and brown velor seats ten comfortably. The couch with brown and cream art elements tie it all togehter. A head of Buddha in silver makes the room gleam. A bar with stools and candelarbra and TV with black out blinds opens to the upper aft deck with dining table that swivels. “Usually we serve lunch on the upper decks and evenings meals on the main deck inside, if guests want.” said Antonio.
“The sun deck with its wavey cushions ties the water theme together,” said Antonio, showing me this beautiful area. There are bunny pads forward and aft around the Jacuzzi, plus lots of comfortable seating. A bar runs the length of the ship, creating an open concept under two umbrellas and a hard top. The dining table converts to a Tapanyaki grill and the chef comes up. Chef Oscar De Los Rios won the chefs competition for yachts between 40 and 54 meters in May, 2019. Friendly and outgoing, he understands his guests dietary needs and preferences…. “Oscar handles every kind of special diet from vegan to helal,” said Antonio. “He’s a super star.”
The beach club with two sets of stairs leading down to it from the main deck has pull out dock, and the tender ejects out of the side of the boat. The sports gear locker contains a changing room, towels, snorkel gear, wakeboard, tender garage, several tenders, neoprene wet suits, scuba and compressor and tanks for certified divers. Instructors are hired from shore for non-certified divers. Please consult the list below.
AZIZA accommodates eight guests in three double and one twin cabin. The on deck master is the full width of the ship with walk in closet located off a long corridor. Modern centerline King converts to singles and has a lovely bathroom with dual vessel sinks and oblong vessel tub with shell tiles and black ebony walls… I love the purple, art lips…
The Twin stateroom below converts to a double and has Japanese screens over portholes and tray ceiling. A gym takes up a dedicated room opposite that converts to a fifth cabin on request, plus there are two additional guest Queen suites, all with black ebony bathrooms with glass showers and white, stone sinks. All the staterooms have TV; all have night time and day time settings. Leather doors in the hallway and Buddha nook art complete the restful ambiance.
