Description:

CHRISTINA TOO – Based in the Virgin Islands during the winter and Grenadine Islands during the summer (St.Vincent & Grenada), this modern 68’ Sunreef power cat, built in 2017 is swank, minimalist and comfortable and offers views like a pent house apartment.  Indeed, the yacht’s tall, square shape resembles an apartment building in my humble opinion.  Even the glass superstructure on the main deck bears the resemblance of high rise.  The reason this is significant is the yacht is a motor sailor, power cat that is in my mind a kind of house boat, affording guests the ideal opportunity to anchor for a week in the most beautiful bay in the cruising ground and just disconnect for awhile.  I’m thinking of the Tobago Cays in the Grenadine Islands, for instance, where the ocean is the color of turquoise, or any of the ports of the Virgin Islands, the palm tree fringed south side of St. John for instance.  You can’t get enough of the beauty from one day’s visit in these bays in my opinion.  These are places you need to stay for a week and treat yourself to all that is good, and CHRISTINA TOO does just that.  She seeks to give the best experience to guests, in her attractively presented cuisine, her decorations, her design, her textures, her amenities.

CHRISTINA TOO offers fly bridge dining.  Chef Marcel appears to grill lobster before guests.  There’s shade up there, sun beds; it’s glorious!  Guests can take a dip in the Jacuzzi on the bow forward, where there is masses of deck space and more sun beds.   Unlike other yachts that have soft trampolines between the hulls, Christina Too has teak decks.  So there’s lots of deck space up there, and awnings cover the entire area, maximizing deck space.

The “garage” aft or swim platform area holds bicycles, sea bobs, stand up paddle boards and ski equipment.  The stern hatch folds down over the water, creating a large dock or swim platform, unearthing a “garage” large enough to store an entire dinghy inside.

The best part about CHRISTINA TOO, apart from her amazing French crew of four, is her colorful main saloon, which offers incredible views and minimalists, white designs.  Windows open to let Caribbean breezes in, but the room is air conditioned, and the floor to ceiling windows all around bring in the views from without.  Chef Marcel chose the colors in the saloon herself.  Outgoing and high achieving, she goes above and beyond the line of duty, hosting brokers for luncheon during the charter show, preparing sesame roasted eggplant with lemon puree with fresh prawns from the rivers of Martinique.  She finished the meal with chocolate mousse with homemade butter ice cream and served it on the fly bridge.  You’d hardly notice the galley located on the fore end of the main saloon, so minimalist, neat and tidy it is.  Operated by two girls and two boys, who are young, mature, attractive, creative, and who speak English fluently, you couldn’t hope to be in better, nicer hands!  Captain Alexander, Marcell, Nikol and Mitch couldn’t be nicer or more willing and helpful.

The yacht sleeps eight guests in four identical Queens cabins with beds that face large windows in the hull, so you can see out.  Each cabin is equipped with 160 x 200 cm bed size, air conditionning with private control, plugs, hairdryer and HEOS surround 5.1 system.

Radio MP3 – Airplay and Android Streaming in the saloon, cockpit and flybridge

HEOS surround 5.1 in each cabin, LCD TCV and DVD in the saloon, Few board games onboard such as Bananagrams, Left Right Centre, cards and Cards Against Humanity., The yacht is fitted with 220V plugs.

Communications    The yacht has quite a few movies on its cloud account (which can be accessed without an internet connection). Also a sound system onboard which guests can use to play music from their phones via an app called HEOS (perhaps something they could download and install before coming aboard). If the guests request internet, the options extend to Netflix and AppleTV. Need to know internet request beforehand as the yacht has to purchase it. In the Virgin Islands Internet is available at a cost of $300 for 30GB

Water Toys – 15’ semi-rigid tender with 110 hp diesel outboard, water skis, kneeboard, snorkel gear, tube, wake board, kayaks, swim ladder, beach games, stand up paddle board, deep sea fishing gear, underwater video, sea bobs.
