Description:
ELVIRA – 50’ Lagoon catamaran with small fly bridge – the crew gave gifts of bags of goodies – offers waterskiing from a tender with 40 hp outboard; –
Sleeps 10 guests in 5 staterooms – four double beds and 1 bunk bed cabin; the crew sleep in the bow and are self-contained. Two guest cabins are located in the port pontoon; three to starboar; the crew are self-contained forward in the Foc’sle cabins, accessed over the bow.
Saloon – Bright orange throw cushions on the tan couches surround a folding dining table; this room converts to a movie cinema at night; playstation 3, galley to port.
Crew of 3 – Dina is the deckhand; Captain is Mageles, who has been aboard for ten years; Daime is the hostess and chef. Pretty, she works hard in the galley; and the crew work to keep guests safe; to give a Greek experience of yachting; Hospitality, fun and food are important. Gave bag of gifts; they had bright flower arrangements and candelabra on the dining tables; a beautifully clean yacht;
Drone – they have a drone and give a thumb drive video of photos to guests upon departure; the drone is waterproof.
Day and Nighttime light Settings – Daime changes sheets midweek; she makes the rooms up daily; they wash the bathrooms;
Cuisine – Daime serves Mediterranean and Greek kitchen meals; they provision for half board with the 20% APA but the evening meal is available onboard on request; decided once guests get aboard, as Greek cruising for many people is about dining out….
2019 Refit – New linen, new mattresses, individually controlled AC units in each stateroom, television, stall showers;
Bow Cockpit – with sunbathing mattresses, nets and awning.
Sports – two stand up paddle boards, fishing gear, snorkeling gear, towables, and skurfer; water skis and tender with 40 hp outboard.
Summer 2021 Weekly Rates – Based in Athens for cruises through the Cyclades, Sporades, and Peloponesus Peninsula, ELVIRA charters for:
JULY AND AUGUST: 15000 euros + expenses + 12% vat
JUNE AND SEPTEMBER : 14000 euros + expenses + 12% vat
REST OF THE MONTHS : 11500 euros + expenses + 12% vat
Saturday to Saturday charters out of Athens
Rates include the yacht and crew but do not include food, fuel, bar, or dockage, sold at cost price. It is customary to wire a 25% APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) to the yacht a month in advance. The captain keeps receipts and settles the bill before guests disembark. Gratuity and 12% VAT tax are not included. Gratuity is for the charterer’s discretion, but 10% of the charter fee is suggested.
