Description:

HOSPITALITY – A lot gets packed into 164 feet aboard this amazing 2011-built/2019-refitted, American Westport with amazing accommodations in three different “suites” for up to 12 guests in 7 staterooms, if you convert the private gym on the accommodation deck into a bedroom….  Built for a gentleman with an ailing mother and his daughter, for three principle charter guests or families, this yacht delivers; everybody gets a luxury suite all to themselves, far removed from other guests.

Charter Program – Following the vessel’s holiday charters in St. Thomas, HOSPITALITY is wide open for the Winter 2020 months in St. Thomas for $220,000 a week + 30% APA.  She will then head to the Bahamas for spring 2020 and New England for July and August. Her schedule is flexible, however; she will go where guests want her.  Her Christmas rate is $250,000 a week….

Aft Deck – Guests are greeted by the stewardesses gorgeously set dining table, complete with sea coral, floral napkins, sea glass and cotton rope, depicting an underwater theme….  Teak side tables are ready with coffee and the chef’s homemade, strawberry protein bars, laid out on fig leafs.  There are plenty of offers to take some…  The crew was participating in the table scape and culinary competitions at the yacht charter show; lanterns hung from the ceiling over the dining table, looking like jellyfish – it was so creative!

Main Saloon – Fabrics in colors of mustard, brown and white velvet are traditional in style but comfortable; the saloon has wood tables and teak trim walls and interesting candelabra….  The stewardess’s Christmas-themed table setting on the dining table forward is stunning!  Reindeer table napkins, winter wonderland trees, hanging Christmas balls, red berries, pine cones and bits of snow on the ground take your breath away!

Guest Compartment # `1 – The main saloon leads forward straight into a suite apartment with hallway, off of which is a private sitting room or library with bathroom, which can convert to a sleeping cabin.  On the other side of the hall is a Twin stateroom, and at the end of the hall is a sweet, full beam stateroom with king bed with white wool blanket on gray velvet, and it has an enormous onyx bathroom that is stunning.  Indeed, all the bathrooms aboard the yacht are onyx.  This is the suite for the owner’s mother, a suite for his mum; the twin stateroom is for her caregivers; the sitting room is for her.

Guest Suite Compartment # 2 – Below, a dedicated gym converts to bunk beds, acting as the 7th cabin aboard; it has television and bathroom ensuite.  The daughter’s room is a beautiful stateroom with double and lower twin beds, with gold-framed oil paintings, orange onyx bathroom, and nearby are two VIP guest staterooms, each with King bed and ensuite bathrooms in onyx.

Guest Suite Compartment # 3 – The owner’s stateroom is located on the bridge deck.  Forward is the captain’s bridge, captain’s cabin and pantry, and aft is the owner’s stateroom, which forms a suite with the sky lounge, and it can be closed off from the sky lounge if privacy is wanted or open with it, so the two rooms merge into one enormous suite with wall, doorway, and enormous space….  Magnificent views are all around; space flows – the appointments are plush, the carpet ever so soft.  Floor to ceiling windows let in lots of natural light; there’s a  large onyx bathroom, and a private balcony that can be closed off from the sky lounge to be private.  Magnificent!

Sky Lounge – The sky lounge has a fireplace, grand piano, and enormous sitting room.  The design is fantastic, the room for the grand piano, giving way to the sitting room featuring a fireplace….

Upper Aft Deck – It opens aft to a spacious, upper aft deck through push button doors that open to out of door dining; a round table with chairs seats eight but there’s room to squeeze ten, and even twelve.

Sun Deck – Teak bar with stools under shade; Jacuzzi forward surrounded by two bunny pads; centrally located seating for all in the party, service pantry, and out of door dining.

Amazing Crew of 11 – Headed by Captain Gavin Hurn from Scotland, the deck crew are active; they offer the entire suite of water toys; first officer Joe Thompson is Bahamian, an avid fisherman who knows the area well; the yacht has a 42’ tender, and he takes everyone fishing; Seabobs, jet skis; the crew love entertaining; Gavin tells me they are an amazing team; the chef, stewardess and captain have all worked as a team for many years.
