Description:

MARTINA – A++++ 101′ Falcon motor yacht, built in 2002 with five staterooms and six crew: captain, engineer, two stewardesses, chef, and sailor, all of them lively, all wearing beige with navy blue shirts, all of them pay attention to detail.  Refitted in 2019, the yacht offers a chic and contemporary style with attention to detail, such as lighted stones in saloon.  The twin cabin converts to a double.  All the linens and carpets were replaced in 2019.  The yacht offers one main deck, full beam, VIP King stateroom, plus one lower deck full beam master king stateroom, plus one lower deck VIP Queen stateroom – so far there’s comfort for three couples – plus two twin cabins (one of which converts to a double, and both have foldaway Pullmans for parties of 12 in five staterooms).  (Elsewhere my notes say both twins convert to doubles; please inquire.) All staterooms have private bathroom, air conditioning, and Satellite television.

Guests are greeted with a groaning board of good things to eat, such as brownies with cream and strawberries, small bites of tuna, or mini sandwiches with tsatsiki, and chesses with caviar in rounds.  Glasses of lemonade from Andros are offered, or ginger with sparkling water.  The crew is organized.

As you walk through the contemporary main saloon and forward into the dining saloon, you see vases of lemons in water with white flowers, depicting spring.  On the buffet are more flowes – large vases of hydrangeas and roses, lilies in green and white.  The cute stewardess who is warm and pretty put it altogether.

There’s a day head just forward, and every cabin and the main saloon has televisions with Sattelite TV plus a movie server plus an Pad with a playlist of songs.

Good use of color – The Full beam VIP guest cabin on the main deck is pretty with white bedspread with turquoise throws.  Below is the master stateroom plus second VIP stateroom plus the two twins, both convert to King beds (inquire), both also have Pullman berths.

The stewardess sets up the guest cabins for turn down service with night time lighting.  The staterooms have large bathrooms with glass showers.  The full beam master has a couch, Satellite TV, iPad control.  Given the size of the yacht, 101 feet, there is lots of space; and the pretty master stateroom bathroom has shining chromework and stone vanity.

The crew gave us gifts of bracelets on leaving; Captain Andreas is assisted by a cute stewardess who gave a lovely presentation, who is lively and pretty, and Captain Andreas is earnest.

Dining is offered on the aft deck with big square table that seats everyone.

A mattress built into the coach roof with bench settee is a great place to bring music.

The purpose-built fly bridge is laid out to offer ample cushions for sunbathing, dining alfresco, and cocktail seating.

Toys and water sports – jet ski with three seats, banana, tube, wakeboard, water skis, two kayaks, stand up paddle board, two bikes, fishing gear.

MARTINA charters for EUR 52,500 weekly + 12% VAT + 30% APA + Gratuity  during July and August; she reduces this to EUR 45,500 weekly during May, June, September and October.  She sails from Athens.
