Description:

This handsome, 74′ Sunreef sailing catamaran, built in 2020, offers indoor outdoor living between the main saloon and aft deck.  Chef Neen sculpted the fruit garden that won the culinary competition at the St Thomas charter yacht show in November, 2022.  The main saloon is warm and gracious with sitting room, dining room, and TV island.  The galley is not located in the saloon, making this lovely deck saloon with windows all about a gracious sitting room for guests.

Britanie, the stewardess, loves photography and serving drinks.  Captain Sergio from Colombia in his thirties has lived in the Virgin Islands for 12 years.  He attended college in Puerto Rico and learned to sail there.  This attractive crew of three wear smart gray uniforms and accommodate eight guests.

The four cabins aboard are all mirrored, the same or similar size….  Two have walk in closets; the starboard forward stateroom is the primary cabin.  They are beautiful cabins with lights under the beds, and the beds face out toward three windows in the hulll, so you can see outside from inside the cabins.  They have marble bathrooms, black ebony walls, and lots of hushed air conditioning and comfortable luxury….  Two cabins are smaller….  All the beds are Queens.

Dreamy fly bridge with U-shaped seating under a hard top, providing shade at sea with wet bar and sun beds, facing forward.  Sunbathing and seating are offered on the bow around trampolines also.

Sergio, the captain says, “The Sunreef 70s are mega yachts, comparable to power yachts….  The saloon offers the same size; the fly bridge is bigger.  What you lose in length, you gain in width.  Service is the same….”

Sergio is a dive master and offers scuba diving for certified divers.

Sleep aboard: $1,000 PER CABIN. Sleep aboard the night before charter dates. Boarding after 4PM, welcome cocktails, then dinner to be taken ashore at client expense. Includes breakfast the next morning. Valid for 6 night charter or longer. EXCLUDES: Christmas and New Year’s weeks. 3 Cabin minimum

CHRISTMAS: 1-8 guests @$90,000, Christmas must end no later than 12/26
NEW YEARS: 1-8 guests @ $100,000, may not start before 12/28
