Accommodating up to 12 guests in six staterooms and maintained in tip top condition with King-size beds, Grand Piano, great sound system, out of door air conditioning, and a terrific crew of eleven, this 12-berth, 162′ luxury motor yacht has a rotating captain system, so guests are assured of a well-rested crew on arrival. Concours de Chef Danielle Sanchez won second place at the 55TH Annual Antigua Charter Show for her entre in the charter cook-off; her three stewardesses placed second overall in the tablescaping competion. Second Stewardess Lindie recently completed a short course in Swedish massage and offers free massages on the sun deck.  Taryn the stewardess is a yoga enthusiast and sets up yoga sessions there as well.  The yacht’s bosun Kevin and deckhand Johan have sharpened their fishing skills and are ready to take guests out deep sea fishing on the yacht’s 42′ tender. Just about every member of the yacht’s eleven crew is a certified scuba diver and thrill to take certified guests scuba diving. The options for fun are endless aboard M/Y Remember When.

THE YACHT

REMEMBER WHEN accommodates 12 guests in 6 staterooms.  A full-beam master cabin is situated on the main deck, while a full-beam VIP King and four guest staterooms are located below.  They consist of two Queen cabins and two additional guest staterooms, each with Queen and Single beds on opposite sides of the cabin.  The Full Beam VIP King is located there also.

Exquisite stonework and heated flooring features throughout. Through a private office off the main-deck foyer, the master stateroom is highlighted by stunning blown glass art installations displayed in insets within the walnut walls. The large his-and-hers bathroom features a steam room, electric WC, in-mirror tvs and heated marble floors. Under a skylight, the half-split Sleep Comfort bed with massage features ensures the ultimate in  comfort.

REMEMBER WHEN’s sun deck features a 10-person Jacuzzi  or “large spa pool” – as well as a 60” flatscreen television for alfresco movies. A bar with seating for six, plus 55″ 3D television and elegant seating areas are situated within the skylounge one flight down, which also has Crestron iPad-controlled entertainment system and Kaleidescape library housing over 4,000 movie titles.

THE CREW

REMEMBER WHEN’s phenomenal Crew of ten, lead by Captains Hendre du Plessis and Cisco Chadinha from South Africa rotate on and off schedules throughout the year. This enables them to see their families, and it ensures that when a charter starts, the captain will be fresh and ready to go. Hendre joined REMEMBER WHEN in June, 2010 and has been aboard since the yacht’s launch. The chef also gets time off, but her arrangement with the yacht’s owner does not require a rotating system.

Dining aboard REMEMBER WHEN is a visual experience as well as delicious.  Daniela is an artist with food, and Chief Stewardess Bianca’s talent for choosing texture, color, and style in interior decorating helps her succeed with her tablescaping.  Each meal aboard REMEMBER WHEN is a beautiful as well as delicious experience to look forward to.  Daniela has a children’s menu as well.

The crew of REMEMBER WHEN throw themed shipboard parties aboard, particularly popular when corporate entertaining, but not limited to it. Chef Daniela Sanchez bakes beautiful birthday cakes, and she creates any kind of hor d’oeurve to fit any kind of family celebration.

REMEMBER WHEN is fully equipped for deep sea fishing.  The yacht has a 42′ Invincible towed tender, equipped for fishing and side door boarding.  The crew are all good fisherman.  The yacht’s bosun Kevin and deckhand Johan are ready with sharpened fishing skills.

One of the few yachts this size to offer scuba diving, REMEMBER WHEN is fully insured for diving.  Just about every member of the yacht’s crew is a certified scuba diver and thrill to take their guests scuba diving.

Accessible by elevator, the entire sun deck aboard REMEMBER WHEN is air conditioned and can be set up for Yoga and massage. Second Stewardess Lindie recently completed a short course in Swedish massage and has healing hands. Taryn the stewardess, deckhand and Open Water Diver is a yoga enthusiast.

ACTIVITIES

From waverunners to stand-up paddleboards, seabobs, kayaks and a Laser sailing dinghy, to a 5-person Banana Boat, snorkeling gear, water skis and many towables, the options for fun are endless.  Remember When features a 42′ Towed Tender and a RIB which are great for water sports.
