Description:

ROCK.IT’s sleek 200 foot exterior leads into a cozy elegant interior, offering a fantastic sense of arrival.  The aft deck with bench settee leads into an aft foyer with bar, which is stylish, a fine entranceway into the yacht from the stern….

Charter Program – Following the winter Caribbean season, where the yacht is based in Antigua for cruising up or down the Eastern Caribbean island chain, the yacht will participate in the Monaco Grand Prix come spring and spend some time in Barcelona and is presently wide open for charter in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.  Please bring offers!

Rates: $425,000 a week + 30% APA for Xmas and New Years, July and August; $400,000 a week other months.  Rates in the Mediterranean will be in Euros.  Plus VAT in the Mediterranean.  Gratuity not included.

Main Saloon:  Minimalist furniture, Zen-like and contemporary, ROCK.IT’s modern main saloon is finished in whites, blues and deep burgundy cherry wood.  A drop down TV acts as a wall divider between the formal dining saloon and main saloon, where floor to ceiling windows offer incredible views of the cruising ground, and two balconies on either side of the vessel open from sliding doors from the main saloon, ideal for morning coffee.

Foyer – the formal entrance is finished in black and tan marble floors.  A spiral staircase in chrome joins the cabins on the lower deck to the bridge deck; there’s a day head nearby and lots of stone – exquisite!

The main deck master stateroom features Frank Paler customized desk and customized King bed; the full width of the vessel, the stateroom has stately stone sculptures, his her bathrooms, heated floors, in-cabin tub, white marble shower, and dressing room – marvelous!

Pantry – For guests’ privacy, there are all manner of hidden crew passageways for silent service.  The crew does not have to disturb guests.

Sleeps 10 guests in 5 staterooms:  With master located on the main deck, four guest cabins are situated below; one is a Twin with additional Murphy bed; one is a similar-sized Queen cabin; and there are two VIP King staterooms, which are larger.  All have pencil-thin television sets with amazing sound system; the whole system cost $80,000 to set up.

Sky Lounge – Enormous with two sitting rooms, bar with stools for everybody to gather around, card table, it’s fantastic!

Upper Aft Deck – Everything is brand new; Recently completed yard work added stern seating, and converted the whole area back to seating as originally planned; no longer a boat deck, the area now offers space, and the entire area is air conditioned and heated; glass walls slide into place to block out the wind and hold the heat in for cold-weather cruising.

Sun Deck – Enormous area in teak with two brand new Seadoos, four chaise lounges, scooters, enormous tender, centrally located bar under arch, stools, marble bar top, and forward are four seating areas around a centrally located seating area with Jacuzzi forward, and sunbathing on the seating nooks.  Fabulous!

Beach Club jetty with garage – This huge Beach Club with dock, garage and shower is spacious enough to hold four sun loungers, and leads into the boat room and engine room under the saloon.
