Description:

This 50′ Leopard sailing cat, SEA DOG,  is a 2019 model with aft deck  and enclosed deck saloon that is air conditioned.  A door in the saloon opens to a forward cockpit and stairs on the aft main deck lead to a comfortable fly bridge with seating.  Sleeping 6 guests in 3 staterooms, she has a master stateroom plus two guest Queens, all with private bathroom, and a rotational crew.  Mike and Julie are aboard through April 2023, then Nick and Kate take over from May to October, 2023, and then the rotation starts again.

Julie is from Minnesota, and 2023 is her fourth season in the Virgin Islands.  She freelanced her first season aboard many yachts, then she and Mike took over a 45′ catamaran Hero’s Journey for one and a half seasons.  Six guests is what they like.

The yacht has a red and gray theme going on in the cockpit and saloon, and the guest cabins offer a variety on the theme – one cabin features a knot; another a sea shell in towel art.  The nautical theme is artfully done in black and white stripes, and each cabin has lots of AC.  The master stateroom has 90 degree windows, centerline Queen.

The VIP cabin is also to starboard, aft, with enormous bathroom and 90 degree windows, just smaller than the master, otherwise similar.  The crew sleep forward to port with private companionway.  The master stateroom is really nice, and Julie is youngish with long brown hair.  Captain Mike is quiet and supportive.

This is a beautiful and comfortable charter vessel.

MINIMUM NIGHTS: 4

LESS THAN 7 NIGHT CHARTER RATES: For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.

SLEEP ABOARD:1/2 the daily rate. Dinner ashore at client’s expense. Includes; boarding after 4pm, welcome cocktail and breakfast the
next morning and early start.

TURN AROUNDS: 48-hour turns are standard

HALF-BOARD OPTION: $150 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client’s expense.

LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client’s expense.

HOLIDAY RATES:
XMAS: Flat rate $27,000. Must end no later than Dec 27th.
NEW YEARS: Flat rate $30,000. Must begin no sooner than Dec 28th.

CHILDREN’S DISCOUNT:
$200 discount per child under aged 12 up to a max of 3 children.
