Description:

TURQUOISE TURTLE – A great choice for guests needing lots of headroom, this 50’ Voyage catamaran, built in 2001 with three equal Queen guest cabins has over 6 feet of headroom inside and longer than normal bed size, easily handling people over 6’ 8”.  Both captain and chef, Andre and Alison, whose second season it is are dive masters and dive with guests.  The yacht supplies six full tanks, but guests rent BCs and pay for dives. Jolly South Africans, the crew love the water; they love identifying creatures below the sea to their guests; they adore children too, and they adore sailors – Guests are welcome to help with the sailing and steer.  The guest cabins are beautifully appointed and have lots of AC; each stateroom has a stereo that connects to blue tooth speakers that guests operate on their cell phones.  The saloon has a big Wifi that plays music up in the mast too.  There’s a beautifully set dining table on deck with pleasing colors and shade; it opens into a modern deck saloon with windows all around; bow steps drop down into the water between the hulls forward; nets between the pontoons have mattresses for sunbathing at sea; there is a cat aboard, but she stays in the crew cabin mostly and has no undercoat, no allergies….

Based in St. Thomas, TURQUOISE TURTLE charters for $12,000 to $16,000 a week all inclusive for two to six guests (rates slide according to number in party) except $18,080 weekly for Christmas and $19,200 weekly for New Year’s week.  Gratuity not included.
